New Year Fun Live Show, Rotherstorpe 2008

Yet another fun offering from Marian Rickerbym which seems to be steadily growing in popularity. :) Always fun and usually completely different to any other Live shows on offer, from the unusual colour class format (gold, white, holly, midnight etc.) to whole section devoted to non-horses. Who'd thought that the other pair class would be won by a pair of packing peanuts? :D I love the NYFL because it's so relaxed (there isn't MECs or BILS qualification) loosing that sometimes anxious streak other Live shows can develop.

MHU Annual Championship Live Show 2007 - Ashover

This year was a little more stressful, mostly because I was the showholder this year. The beautiful location was found by my mother, the Hall was light and airy and had plenty of room (there was also another large room we could have expanded into). Parking was plentiful and free and the hall backed out onto the village green where we were treated to some top-class cricket on the day. Of you could tear yourself away from the models that is! :) Smurf did a sterling job as steward and made all the classes run to time. Thanks to Donna (AA) and Anne (Horse Sense) for coming along. Donna brought her new Freisian mare earthenware and there was a little stiff competition for her generous donation to the raffle!

Julip Live Show, Rothersthorpe 2006

One week after the MHU Live and the fun Julip Live (which also included CTF models as well) was held at Rothersthorpe. A mention goes out to Georgie, whose list helped this show get underway and to Amabel of Julip who managed to make the long trek to be there. :) The show did finish rather later than planned (me and the hubby got away at 8ish instead of the scheduled 5pm) which is possibly a record and should at least merit the instigation of "Live Show Time" or LST to account for the time difference between planned finish times and actual finish times. Only joking of course! :P

MHU Annual Championship Live Show 2006 - Chelmsford

The annual MHU Live show is always something I look forward to. This year it was held at Chelmsford and hosted by Amanda. There were a fair few new faces amongst the old and I was lucky in that my mum (also a MHU member) and dad could be there too. In fact I was so busy and nervous I didn't get chance to take many pictures! :D

MHU Live show 2004 - Guildford

MHU holds a live show for it's members each year. This year it was hosted by Fey (with help from many others) at Bellfields Community Centre, Guildford. Here are the pictures I took with my digi-cam at the show.
